In the service center, we are always pleased to receive your suggestions, wishes, or feedback. Simply stop by!
Our business hours are:
- Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 19:00 h
- Saturday from 8:45 to 16:00 h
For purchasing tickets round the clock, a ticket machine is available for you on the north side of the “Umsteiger”.
